Essentially, collars are hinged wooden boards that sit on the outermost edge of a base pallet and then stack on top of one another to form a protective outer that can be built up to a specific height.
Their use turns a pallet into a packing case in a matter of minutes, and they are frequently sold with internal separator boards and lids; when delivered collars are folded flat so they can be easily stored.
Pallet collars are manufactured to specifications that match pallet sizes; and they can be ordered separately or together with the pallets they are to be used with.
