Pallet Collars

Pallet Collars are often supplied in conjunction with new pallets and we also manufacture these to the same standard and quality. Whether it’s Euro Pallet Collars, Six Hinged Pallet Collars or something more specific our team are here to provide it.

Timber Packaging

Our manufacturing capability also enables us to make timber packaging to meet all requirements. Timber cases and crates are often individually designed to meet a customer’s specific requirements and transit specifications.

ISPM15 Heat Treatment

Shaw Pallet has been an approved heat treatment product provider since 2003. With a large capacity heat treatment facility onsite we have full management and control of the entire production process so you can be confident that our new wooden pallets and timber packaging products are made to the highest specification and also adhere to the international ISPM15 standard. ISPM15 compliant wood packaging is a mandatory requirement for all export shipments outside the EU.

New and Used Pallets

We also supply used and reconditioned pallets, however it’s important to realise that there is an inevitable compromise in specification, strength, quality and performance between second hand pallets and those which are new. We frequently find that our team can specify an inexpensive alternative that will be manufactured to a high standard and will consistently perform as required. Brexit Update - Shaw Pallet

BREXIT Trade Deal results in confirmation of ISPM15 requirements for future EU trade

The UK/EU trade deal as finalised between Christmas and New Year serves to confirm that all wooden packaging materials (WPM) must be ISPM15 compliant with effect from 1st January 2021. The transitional trade agreement between the UK and EU which was due to expire on 31st December 2020 also included this obligation. This formally confirms that the future requirements for WPM that are being shipped together with goods from the UK to EU markets must be identical in respect of treatment as they are for all WTO countries.
