UK exporters who choose to use a standard UIC435-2 1200 x 800 mm EURO-Pallet face new challenges including potential rejection of palletised loads, pallet shortages and price rises as a result of the European Pallet Association’s (EPAL) decision to end their acceptance of UIC marked pallets.
