Having survived for a 2nd season in the Premier League, Town fans were eager to see what the 2018/19 season home kit would look like. The club had switched suppliers to Umbro and chose an iconic location for the high profile launch – in front of our retro turnstiles!
These old turnstile gates were saved by Shaw Pallet when Town’s old Leeds Road ground was bulldozed following their move their new stadium (now known as the John Smiths). We recently gave them back to the club and they are one of the very few physical reminders of the old ground.
We are delighted to have played a part in preserving the club’s heritage and supporting the new kit launch.
